As an introduction, we started out with the genetic differences between men and women, which must be taken into account in terms of both nutrition and exercise. Furthermore, we were given tips on nutrition in the context of strength training in everyday working life as well as detailed information on what happens in our bodies, and, most of all, on what we should avoid. Just like in our vehicles, getting the right fuel matters, and especially getting it at the right time.
At the end of the workshop, we engaged in a workout aimed at raising our personal performance level and featuring great exercises to destress.
